Streak hair color suitable for all streaking techniques. Simple and effective: lightening and coloring in one step. Strand hair color can not be used on hair previously treated with oxidation colors. Preparation: Mix half a tube of Basler Strands Color (30 ml) with 9% or 12% Basler Color 2002+ cream oxide (see application). Avoid contact with the scalp. Contents 60 ml.
Can be delivered in new packaging. However, the product formula is unchanged.
