Panthenol reaches the hair shaft via the hair roots, where it is converted into pantothenic acid (provitamin), which is rich in vitamins. Panthenol also provides a protective anti-splitting effect. Application: Apply to towel-dried hair and leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
