Specially formulated for use in regions with hard water. Unlike clarifying or deep cleansing shampoos, it gently cleanses without stripping hair of essential nutrients and moisture, keeping your hair healthy and vibrant. Gives hair visible volume and shine after the first application. Instantly detangles hair, improves manageability and gives a lush, silky texture. Soothes even the most sensitive scalp. Formulated with powerful, sustainably sourced, antioxidant ingredients and advanced science. Enriched with a bespoke, allergen-free white tea flower fragrance.

Application: Apply to very wet hair. Add more water while lathering, rather than more product. Water is the key to activating a rich lather - a large amount of lather indicates proper shampoo application. For hair breakage, we recommend a two-step cleanse. First wash with our Hard Water Shampoo, then wash a second time with our Signature Shampoo, which in combination with our Signature Conditioner has been clinically proven to prevent hair breakage. Repeat if necessary. For severely damaged or broken hair, we recommend a third wash. Rinse thoroughly.
