Application: Always mix BLONDME Bond Enforcing Lift&Blend in a 1:1 ratio with BLONDME Premium Developer.
For levels 6 and 7: BLONDME Premium Developer 12%/40Vol.
For level 8 and lighter: BLONDME Premium Developer 9%/30Vol.
Apply to dry hair, do not shampoo beforehand.
Apply the mixture immediately after preparation in fine sections, using a generous amount of product to achieve optimal lightening.
