• AROMA - Apply AVEDA Cooling Balancing Oil Concentrate to both wrists and inhale the aroma - anywhere, anytime.
• HEAD & NECK - To relieve tension, massage the oil into the temples using circular motions with fingertips (clockwise). Alternatively, massage the oil into the area of the accupressure points, such as on either side of the cervical spine (known in Chinese medicine as Heavenly Pillar or Heaven's Gate), using circular motions.
