What are the shipping costs for my order within Ireland?
We are keen to keep your share of the costs for postage and packaging as low as possible. If you order in the online shop, your share of the postage and packaging costs is 5.99 euros. From an order value of 60.00 euros, we deliver free of shipping costs.

How can I change my order?
Once you have placed the order and completed the order, you cannot subsequently change your order. If you have not yet completed the order, you can change the contents of the shopping bag and your personal address details.
Where is my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with an associated tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your order with the shipping company.
How do I place my order as a new customer?
We recommend that you first create a customer account. Your registration in the online shop takes place in simple steps. To do this, simply follow the link "Sign Up".
Of course, it is also possible to have a look around www.basler-beauty.ie before you create a customer account. If you like an item, you can add it to your shopping cart. The item is now in your virtual shopping cart. If you select the shopping basket at the top right, it will open with your item(s). If you would like to complete your purchase, please click on the "Checkout" button.
I am already a baslerbeauty customer, how can I order?
By registering in the online shop, you have already entered your customer details, so all you need to do is log in. This is possible before or during your order. If you would like to register before placing your order, click on Register in the top right-hand corner. Then please enter your e-mail and the password you have assigned.
Alternatively, you can first place the desired items in the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Log in here with your e-mail address and your password.
You don't have your password at hand? Then click on "Forgot password?" and enter the e-mail address with which you registered in the online shop.
How does direct ordering work?
To do this, call up the direct order link. Enter the article number and quantity of the respective products in the input form. Please confirm your direct order by clicking on the 'Add to Bag' button.
Do I have to be a commercial customer to order from baslerbeauty?
No, you can also shop at baslerbeauty as a private customer.
How much can I order in the online shop?
Orders are not tied to a certain value of goods. Shipping and packaging costs are charged depending on the value of the goods.
Please note that in the case of voucher promotions, the voucher can only be redeemed above a certain shopping basket value, which depends on the particular voucher promotion.
Can I return an item?
Of course, you can make use of the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days at baslerbeauty. Further details can be found in the cancellation policy in our General Terms and Conditions.
How do I return goods?
If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps by clicking on "Return" in your customer account. Please print out the return label.
In the next step, place the originally packaged item in a shipping box. You can use the Basler cardboard box for this purpose.
Now stick the return label on the shipping box. If you use the Basler box, please make sure that the label we sent you with your order is no longer visible. Remove it completely before dispatch or stick the return label over it.
I have a voucher. How can I use it?
I have a voucher. How can I redeem it? You have a voucher code and would like to redeem it for an order? You can do this after you have placed the item(s) in your shopping bag. In the shopping bag you have the possibility to enter your voucher code. Then click on "Redeem voucher" in the shopping bag.
Please note: Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. In the case of voucher promotions, the voucher can only be redeemed for orders above a certain shopping basket value, which depends on the respective voucher promotion.
Please note that all our voucher codes are not valid for products marked as "Beauty Highlights". For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions, 13. Vouchers.
Vouchers and discounts are not applicable to the service charge and cannot be combined with other vouchers.

The voucher is not recognised by the system. What can I do?
If the system does not recognise the voucher, it could be that you entered the wrong code by mistake. Other reasons could be that the voucher is no longer valid or that the minimum order value has not been reached.
What happens if I return an order in which I have used the gift voucher?
In principle, gift vouchers can be reused for the next order, even after they have been returned. For discount and promotional vouchers, it depends on the respective conditions. If you fall below the minimum order value due to the return, the voucher cannot be taken into account.
I have already placed my order. Can I still use my voucher now?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to credit vouchers at a later date. However, you can use the voucher for your next order. However, you should note the expiry date of your voucher.
I have never ordered from the online shop before, how do I sign up?
You can open a new customer account in just a few clicks. Click on "Login/Sign up" on the top right-hand corner and sign up with your details.
Alternatively, you can follow this link "Sign up". Please enter your data (fields marked with * are mandatory). Please enter a password (with at least 6 characters) for your customer account to make future orders easier.
