Vitamin E acetate has regenerating as well as nourishing properties and acts as a free radical scavenger. Alpha Bisabolol soothes irritated skin. Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3. It is effective against hyperpigmentation, stabilizes the moisture level of the skin as well as its protective barrier.
