Before using:

• Shave: 24 hours prior to application.
• Exfoliate skin thoroughly.
• Immediately before application, apply cream to dry or rough areas including knees, elbows, ankles and feet.

Application: Start with the face. Hold nozzle an arm's length away from skin and spray on each section of the body, starting with chest and abdomen, then arms and legs. Finish by spraying feet and hands. Allow to dry briefly before dressing. Avoid contact with water for 8 hours and then rinse the skin.
