Description
This series is the crowning glory of the MÜHLE overall program. Voluminous shapes and an expressive silhouette combine with the purist design principle typical of MÜHLE. The resulting proportions underscore the value and beauty of the processed materials carbon, Meissen porcelain and bog oak/sterling silver. These masterpieces are created in the finest manual precision work: from the production of the screw-out brush head, the polishing of the metal parts to the coating of the surfaces and the production of the handle bodies. Each of these precious one-of-a-kind pieces is made to order and comes with an illustrated booklet in a high-quality presentation box.
The material - Meissen porcelain
The handle bodies of this EDITION are made of pure Meissen porcelain. Their decoration, the Chinese Ming dragon, shows the most famous painting of that renowned manufactory. Handcrafted by master craftsmen and meticulously painted with a sure instinct for detail, the elegant handle bodies are probably one of the most beautiful things ever to come out of the house of MÜHLE. And the dragon? A symbol of masculine energy - day after day, Tuesday like Sunday. From the recipe of the glowing red (the color of luck, by the way) to the glazing technique, this pattern contains the experience of many, many generations. At the neck and base of each handle, a ring of chrome-plated metal sets beautiful accents.
The brush head - silver tip badger plucking
A proven classic and the undisputed top of the natural hair range: Silberspitz Dachszupf is particularly soft and flexible and is processed exclusively by hand at MÜHLE. Noble distinguishing features are the shimmering silver color and a black band in the course of each individual hair, which connoisseurs call a mirror. The fine, tapered hair absorbs a particularly large amount of water and guarantees the whipping up of a dense, creamy lather.
The shaving head - classic blade - closed comb.
Noble design and mechanical precision. The MÜHLE razor with closed comb promises a close yet gentle shave. Unlike the open comb plane, the foam edge has no serrations. In combination with a slightly steeper blade angle, this plane allows for a very gentle shaving technique, which is also ideally suited for beginners with a little practice. The finest contours and clear lines, for example at the base of the beard, are nevertheless a matter of honor.
