Application: Step 1: Spray 4-6 times onto a cotton pad. Step 2: Gently press the cotton pad against the closed eye for 10-15 seconds to loosen makeup. Step 3: Gently sweep over the eye to remove all makeup residue. Repeat application if necessary. TIP: Do not use a cotton pad for eyelash extensions. Instead, spray the product directly onto closed eyelids, gently massage in and gently pat dry.
