Application:

• After brushing teeth, use once or twice daily.
• Rinse with mouth closed for 30 to 60 seconds before spitting out.
• Do not swallow. Do not rinse your mouth with water afterwards.
• For best results, it is recommended not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.

• Contains sodium fluoride (225 ppm F).
