Can I return an item?

You can return your order free of charge up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. You can find more details in the Right of withdrawal for consumers in our GTC. Please note that this only applies to unopened, complete and unused items. Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the extended right of return.

If you are returning items that you have already paid for, we will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction. Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will we charge you for the refund.

Note: Credit will only be given for returns that have been received in full. This includes the following:

• Exclusive free gifts (goodies) that come with certain products, as these gifts are explicitly linked to the purchase of a specific product.
• Free gifts, which you receive if you purchase more than a certain purchase value (if the required purchase value is undercut by the return).
• The optional baslerbeauty gift box.

If these items are missing from the return shipment, they will be charged to you or deducted from the amount to be credited. The only exception to this rule is of course the product samples, provided these were included in the packaging. These may be kept in any case.

How can I return goods?

1. Cancel contract and request return label

Have you ordered from us as a logged-in and registered customer?

Select the order to be returned in your account under Orders and click on the link "Request return label" to go directly to the DHL returns portal. Here you have the option of creating and printing the returns label.

You have the right to cancel his contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last of the goods.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or [baslerbeauty GmbH & Co. KG, Gansäcker 20, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, E-mail: info@basler-beauty.ie], without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Download and fill out the return form

Our customer service will provide you with the free DHL returns label. Please enclose the completed return form with your return. This is available for download below:

Please note that the procedure described is a non-binding request and not a binding condition for exercising the right of cancellation.

In the next step, place the originally packaged item and the completed return slip in a shipping box. You can, for example, use the basler box.

Now stick the return label on the shipping box. If you use the basler box, please make sure that the label we used to send you your order is no longer visible. Remove it completely before sending or stick the return label over it.
